Instead of placing a single bag directly on the car board, the automatic loading machine pre-assembles the packaging bags into a layer and puts them on the car board layer by layer. In other words, its loading process is palletizing on the car board. The packaging bags are transported from the packaging machine to the palletizing head of the automatic loader via a belt conveyor and are then combined and discharged in a pre-selected mode (e.g. 2×5 packs/layers). Then, stack them on top of each other until the target weight is reached. With easy-to-use control panels and optical AIDS, vehicle replacement time can be compressed to a maximum of one minute.
